At first I encountered some problems of my own but with his help I was able to get it set up. The modem delivers above and beyond what we had originally expected, great upload and download speed. But after ordering the modem from Cablehack. It shipped fast. Few minutes with the config and I boosted from the 8 tier to the 17 tier in no time. Setting up was easy.
